Brandi passante became an overnight sensation after her role in A&E's reality series 'StorageWars. The show also was a part of Jarrod Schulz who was her boyfriend who dated her for a long time and is now her husband. On the show, the contents of storage lockers on which the rent has not been paid for a period of three months are offered for auction. Brandi and Jarrod who run the "Now and Then" thrift shop located in Orange, California participated in the auction hoping to buy some storage units for a low price. The couple had no idea that the show would make them reality-TV stars. They were very diplomatic with their offers throughout the entire program and soon became one of the main celebrities. In the aftermath of appearing on the T.V. reality show, they were successful in increasing the size of their shop. A spin-off titled Brandi & Jarrod: Married to the Job was developed after their appearance on Storage Wars.
